We are very pleased with the service that is provided when we are in need of repairs from Wade Roberts, Shop Foreman. There have been many times over the years when we have had to make after hour arrangements to get parts. They have always taken the time to make sure our needs are met time and time again. We have run red equipment our whole lives and will continue to do so.

Tri County, for our farming operation, has just been a great asset. From the minute I walk in that door, I know Im going to get the help I need. If they dont have what I need, the parts department gets right on it to find it and get it for me as soon as possible. Their team is knowledgable and courteous. When I need them to come out to the field, Im not sitting around waiting for them all day. Theyre just great to work with. Theyve earned their reputation for reliability and timely service.
